  • 1 1/2 lb. fresh fish fillets (your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. dill
  • 1 c. skim milk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes

Directions

    Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.

    Cut butter into tiny pieces and place in pan.

    Place fish on top of butter.

    Put 3 thin slices of lemon on top and sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Sprinkle spices over fish; pour milk around fish.

    Top fish with tomatoes.

    Bake at 350° until fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
