- 1 1/2 lb. fresh fish fillets (your choice)
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. marjoram
- 1/4 tsp. dill
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1 lemon
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with foil.

2Cut butter into tiny pieces and place in pan.

3Place fish on top of butter.

4Put 3 thin slices of lemon on top and sprinkle with lemon juice.

5Sprinkle spices over fish; pour milk around fish.

6Top fish with tomatoes.

7Bake at 350° until fork-tender, about 25 minutes.
