- 2 Beef steak
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder

1Pound the beef steak and cut the tendons with a knife.

2Lightly coat the meat with baking powder and vegetable oil, wrap in plastic wrap, and let it sit in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

3Season with salt and pepper right before cooking!

4The meat gets tough right after seasoning.

530 minutes before you plan on cooking the meat, remove it from the refrigerator.

6Season with salt and pepper and pan-fry.

7After you begin frying, once the red juices begin to seep out of the meat, flip it over.

8If you want the meat prepare rare, then only cook for 10 seconds after flipping.

9Medium-rare takes about 20 seconds, and well-done takes 30 seconds.
