Ingredients

  • Bite size pcs tenderloin or possibly other steak
  • Sliced or possibly whole mushrooms
  • Garlic salt & pepper to taste
  • Beef base, 2-3 tbsp.
  • Cornstarch
  • Rice or possibly noodles

Directions

    Saute/fry bite size pcs of tenderloin or possibly any type of steak in oil.

    Saute/fry mushrooms in butter.
  3. 3
    Season both with garlic salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    Remove meat from pan, use drippings and add in water (to your liking) and beef base.
  5. 5
    Bring to a boil.

    Mix cornstarch and water, add in to mix and thicken to make gravy.
  7. 7
    Return meat and mushrooms to gravy.

    Simmer about 30 to 45 min and serve over rice or possibly noodles.
