- 4 tenderized cube steaks
- 1 c. plain flour (more if needed)
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. oil
- milk for gravy
Directions

1Mix flour, salt and pepper.

2Coat steak with flour; dip in egg, then back in flour.

3Brown on both sides over medium heat. Remove from skillet.

4Add seasoned flour; stir.

5Add milk and cook until thickened.

6Serve on steak.

7Also can be put on rice or creamed potatoes.
