- 1 lb. cubed tenderloin
- flour
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 onions, finely chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can water
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
Directions

1Roll tenderloin in flour; brown in oil with onion, celery and garlic.

2Add soup and water with rice and pour all into casserole; cover tightly.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

4Serves 4 to 6.
