  • 2 1/2 lb Fresh Catfish Fillets
  • 5 tbsp Dill Weed
  • 3 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 5 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 3 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 3 piece Alluminum Foil
  • 3 slice White Onion
  • 3 slice Red Onion
  • 3 slice Sweet Onion
  • 3 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

    Place each fillet on a decent sized piece of foil.

    Turn oven to 375F.

    Cover fillets in Dill, Garlic, Old Bay and put a tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet.

    Then place 1 slice of white, sweet and red onion, followed by sliced grape tomato.

    Drizzle olive oil on top.

    Wrap fillets in foil like a cucoon with an opening on top.

    Place in oven for 40 minutes

    Enjoy with your choice of sides.
