- 2 1/2 lb Fresh Catfish Fillets
- 5 tbsp Dill Weed
- 3 1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
- 5 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 3 tbsp Salted Butter
- 3 piece Alluminum Foil
- 3 slice White Onion
- 3 slice Red Onion
- 3 slice Sweet Onion
- 3 Sliced Grape Tomatoes
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions

1Place each fillet on a decent sized piece of foil.

2Turn oven to 375F.

3Cover fillets in Dill, Garlic, Old Bay and put a tablespoon of butter on top of each fillet.

4Then place 1 slice of white, sweet and red onion, followed by sliced grape tomato.

5Drizzle olive oil on top.

6Wrap fillets in foil like a cucoon with an opening on top.

7Place in oven for 40 minutes

8Enjoy with your choice of sides.
