  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 to 1 3/4 lb. sirloin tips

Directions

    Cut up sirloin tips to a desired size.

    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over meat.

    Store in covered bowl or meat marinator in refrigerator at least 5 hours.

    Stir a few times during marinating time.
