- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 tsp. meat tenderizer
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Rub chuck roast with meat tenderizer and place in refrigerator for 4 hours.

2Make a marinade from remaining ingredients.

3Remove roast from refrigerator; slice into serving size slices.

4Place meat in marinade for 4 hours or overnight.

5Broil or barbecue meat until done.
