- 1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken pieces

2Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger root and sesame seed in a bowl.

3Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
