  • 1/2 c. soy sauce (preferably Japanese)
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. fresh ginger root, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken pieces

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Combine soy sauce, sugar, ginger root and sesame seed in a bowl.

    Place chicken in a baking dish and pour sauce over it.
