- 2 large Eggplant
- 2 medium Green peppers
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mirin
- 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 White sesame seeds
Directions

1Peel the eggplants vertically with a peeler, cut lengthwise into halves, then chop them up roughly.

2Chop the green peppers into four lengthwise pieces, then chop them up roughly.

3Spread the oil in a frying pan, then stir fry the eggplants.

4When the eggplants are done, also cook the green peppers.

5Add the condiments and stir fry briefly.

6Dish it up and serve with some white sesame seeds.
