  • 2 large Eggplant
  • 2 medium Green peppers
  • 1 tbsp Sake
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 White sesame seeds

    Peel the eggplants vertically with a peeler, cut lengthwise into halves, then chop them up roughly.

    Chop the green peppers into four lengthwise pieces, then chop them up roughly.

    Spread the oil in a frying pan, then stir fry the eggplants.

    When the eggplants are done, also cook the green peppers.

    Add the condiments and stir fry briefly.
