  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce (low salt)
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp. ground ginger, or use fresh to taste
  • 2 minced garlic cloves

Directions

    Combine ingredients.

    Pour over chicken, turkey, pork or beef. Let stand for at least one hour.

    If using beef, use a cheaper cut, e.g. chuck rather than sirloin.

    Grill or broil the meat.
