- 3 lb. round steak
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 small piece ginger root
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic

1Freeze steak for 1 hour.

3Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish.

4Add steak slices. Marinate for 1/2 hour.

5Place on broiler rack.

6Broil 4-inches from heat.

7Cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until brown, turning to other side.
