  • 2 lbs top round beef, partially frozen
  • 12 cup peanut oil (or other oil)
  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 12 cup dry sherry
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated gingerroot
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced

    Cut beef cross-wise into thin strips.

    Combine remaining ingredients in shallow dish.

    Add beef strips and marinate 2 to 3 hours.

    Place beef strips accordion style on bamboo sticks or metal skewers.
