  • 1/2 c. shredded coconut
  • 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

    Add all other ingredients and blend. Fold into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.
