- 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter

2Add all other ingredients and blend. Fold into a 9-inch unbaked pie shell.

3Bake in a slow oven (300°) for 45 to 60 minutes or until set.
