- 1 lb. beef tip steaks, cut 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick
- 1/4 c. dry sherry
- 3 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
- 1 green onion, diagonally sliced
Directions

1In shallow dish, place steaks.

2In small bowl, combine sherry, soy sauce and garlic.

3Pour over steaks.

4In large skillet over medium high heat oil.

5Drain steaks well, reserving marinade; pat dry with paper toweling.

6Cook steaks in hot oil 1 to 2 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once.

7Remove to warm serving platter.

8Pour reserved marinade into pan.

9Cook 2 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.

10To serve, pour marinade over steaks; garnish with green onion.
