Teriyaki Wings

  • 3 lb Chicken Wings
  • 1 large Onion (chopped)
  • 1 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tsp Ground Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
  • 1 tbsp Honey

    Rinse chicken wings

    Cut off and discard the tips
  3. 3
    Remove as much of the chicken skin as you can and cut the wings in half (at the joint)

    Broil the wings for 20 minutes (10 minutes each side)

    Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl
  6. 6
    Put the chicken wings into the slow cooker and pour the mixture over them
  7. 7
    Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours

    Stir to make sure the wings are fully coated before you serve
