- 3 lb Chicken Wings
- 1 large Onion (chopped)
- 1 cup Soy Sauce
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp Minced Garlic
- 1/4 cup Dry Sherry
- 1 tbsp Honey
Directions

1Rinse chicken wings

2Cut off and discard the tips

3Remove as much of the chicken skin as you can and cut the wings in half (at the joint)

4Broil the wings for 20 minutes (10 minutes each side)

5Mix all of the other ingredients in a bowl

6Put the chicken wings into the slow cooker and pour the mixture over them

7Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours

8Stir to make sure the wings are fully coated before you serve
