  • turkey
  • 6 or 8 oz. pkg. dried apricots
  • 6 or 8 oz. pkg. dried prunes
  • 1 large apple
  • poultry seasoning
  • butter or margarine
  • 2 capfuls apricot brandy

Directions

    Clean and prepare turkey. Pat dry. Rub turkey with butter or margarine; sprinkle lightly with poultry seasoning. Stuff inside cavity with prunes and apricots, about half and half, and large apple, quartered. Place on large sheet of heavy-duty foil. Pour 2 capfuls of apricot brandy over turkey. Roll foil around turkey and seal at top.

    Cook at 350° until done.

    Baste occasionally. Will be juicy and tender.
