Ingredients

  • 2 medium avocados (soft)
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayo
  • 1 pkg. taco mix
  • 2 cans Frito-Lay bean dip
  • 3 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 1 can pitted black ripe olives, sliced
  • 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Mash avocados with lemon juice, salt and pepper.

    (Note: To peel avocado, slit lengthwise and pop off skim from both halves. Throw out seed, scoop out pulp and throw out rinds.)

    In separate bowl, combine sour cream, mayo and taco mix.
