- 1 pkg. soft corn tortillas
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 (15 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Line with 6 flat tortillas.

3Brown meat and onion with chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add beans with juice; simmer for 10 minutes.

4Pour browned meat mixture on top of tortillas; top with sliced Velveeta cheese. Cover with remaining tortillas.

5Mix soup with Ro-Tel; add on top. Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour at 300°.
