- 8 3/4 oz. can cream-style corn
- 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
- 1 pkg. Mexican corn bread mix
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Grease 8-inch skillet and place in oven to heat.

3Beat egg in mixing bowl.

4Add remaining ingredients, beating well.

5Pour batter into prepared skillet.

6Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

7This corn bread is very moist. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
