  • 2 medium avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 envelope taco mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
  • 1/4 c. ripe olives
  • 2 c. sharp cheese, shredded
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Directions

    Place in casserole dish.

    Peel, pit and mash avocado; mix well with lemon, salt and pepper.

    Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco mix.

    Spread dip in bottom of casserole, then avocado mix, then sour cream mix.

    Then layer in order the onions, tomatoes and olives.

    Top with cheese.

    Serve with chips.
