Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 medium chopped tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded sharp cheese
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 cans jalapeno beans
  • 1 c. chopped green onion
  • 2 cans chopped ripe olives

Directions

    Peel and mash avocados; add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasonings.

    Cover large shallow platter with foil; layer on bean dip, then avocado mixture and sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle onions, tomatoes and olives; top with shredded cheese.

    Chill about 3 hours before serving.
