Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground meat (beef or turkey)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (15 oz.)
- 1 can tomato paste (5 oz.)
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. diced bell pepper
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 1 can Ranch Style beans, drained (16 oz.)
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained (16 oz.)
- 2 c. cooked rice
Directions

1Brown ground meat, onion and bell pepper in skillet.

2Drain and add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt and pepper, beans and corn.

3Add water.

4Simmer over low heat for approximately 30 minutes.

5Cook rice as directed.

6Serve meat mix over hot rice. Top with picante sauce and jalapenos.

7Some even like grated cheese on top.

8Serves 4.
