  • 1 cup Cooked, Shredded Pork Or Chicken, Leftover Roast Works Great!
  • 2 cans (10 3/4 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 can Milk, Use One Of The Soup Cans To Measure
  • 8 ounces, weight Shredded Cheese, Cheddar Or Monterey Jack
  • 1 can (4 Oz. Size) Diced Green Chilies
  • 1 pound Angel Hair Pasta

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter a 9x13 baking dish.

    Combine meat, soup, milk, cheese, and green chilies in a large bowl and heat in microwave till hot and melted, stirring every couple of minutes.

    Meanwhile, bring water to boil on the stove and cook pasta for 4 minutes (pasta will continue to cook in the oven).

    Drain pasta, mix with sauce and pour into baking dish.

    Pour 3 tablespoons water over the top, cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

    When I have leftover cooked meat, I put it in little baggies in the freezer to have on hand for this dish.
