  • 1/2 head iceberg lettuce finely shredded
  • 3 tomatoes sliced
  • 2 avocadoes pit removed and diced
  • 14 ounces bean can three, mix, rinsed
  • 2 1/4 cups cheddar cheese coarsely grated
  • 3 1/2 ounces tortilla chips
  • 1/2 cup chunky tomato salsa store-bought
  • 2 spring onions thinly sliced, diagonally

Directions

    Place half the lettuce over the base of a large serving dish. Arrange tomato over lettuce to form an even layer. Repeat with avocado and beans. Top with remaining lettuce and cheese.

    Arrange half the chips over cheese. Top with spoonfuls of salsa. Sprinkle with onion. Serve salad with remaining chips.
