  • 1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) Mexican-style diced tomatoes, undrained King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1-1/4 cups water
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

    Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

    Stir in Shells, tomatoes and water.

    Simmer on medium-low heat 15 min.
