- 1 beef brisket or large eye roast
- 1 bottle liquid smoke
- minced dry onion
- garlic powder
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1Place meat in a foil pocket and pour liquid smoke over meat. Cover with minced onion and sprinkle with garlic powder.

2Close foil pocket.

3Place pocket in crock-pot on low. Cook 12 hours. Remove meat from foil. Discard juices.

4Refrigerate meat for 12 hours. Slice meat thinly and return to crock-pot.

5Pour barbecue sauce over meat and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
