Ingredients
- 2 (14 oz.) cans black-eyed peas, drained
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can white hominy, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian salad dressing
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except dressing.

2Mix well.

3Pour dressing over and mix well.

4Cover and marinate at least 2 hours in refrigerator.

5Flavors combine best if left to marinate overnight.

6Before serving, drain.

7Serve with tortilla chips.
