- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef
- 1 lb spicy bulk sausage
- 2 (10 ounce) cans tomatoes and green chilies (I use Rotel extra spicy)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 lbs Velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks
Directions

1Brown ground beef, and sausage.

2Add onion and cook until tender; drain off fat.

3Add tomatoes and cheese.

4Cook over medium heat until cheese melts.

5Serve warm with corn or tortilla chips.
