- 1 tsp. red pepper (optional)
- 3 tsp. salt
- 3 lb. chili meat
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 6 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 6 cloves garlic
Directions

1Sear meat in olive oil until gray colored.

2Simmer in water to barely cover meat, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

3Add spices and cook 30 minutes longer.

4Mix cornmeal with 1 cup cool water.

5Add to mixture and cook 5 minutes longer.
