  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. milk (soured with vinegar)
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Bring margarine, water and cocoa to a boil.

    Mix flour, sugar and soda together.

    Mix with hot mixture. Stir in sour milk.

    Mix in eggs and vanilla.

    Pour into a 12 x 15-inch greased and floured pan for 20 minutes at 325°.
