  • 3 cans creamed corn
  • 3 cans whole kernel corn or 3 cans frozen corn
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs grated cheese
  • 3 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 6 jalapenos, chopped (I use 10-12)

Directions

    Spray a 13x9 pan with cooking spray.

    Mix all the ingredients well and pour in prepared pan.
  3. 3
    Bake at 375 degrees until lightly golden brown and done in the middle.

    About 45 to 60 minutes.
