  • 2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 1/2 c. corn meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Stir in buttermilk and oil. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
