- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 1/2 c. corn meal
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
Directions

1Beat eggs in bowl until light.

2Stir in buttermilk and oil. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

3Mix in buttermilk mixture until smooth.

4Pour in greased 9 x 9-inch pan.

5Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
