- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1/2 medium white onion, chopped
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can lump crab meat
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Squeeze water from spinach; set aside.

2In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter.

3Add spinach and onion and saute until onion is translucent, stirring frequently, about 5 minutes. Add crab meat and Parmesan cheese, stirring well to blend. Transfer spinach mixture to a 1-quart casserole and bake in a preheated 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

4Can be served hot or cold with crackers.
