  • 1 lb. ground round
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 or 4 green onions (tops)

Directions

    Combine the first 6 ingredients and simmer in bottom of 3-quart casserole.

    Boil noodles and drain.
  3. 3
    Combine cream cheese, sour cream and onions.
  4. 4
    Place on top of meat mixture and top with Cheddar cheese.

    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° in a covered baking dish.
