- 3/4 c. grated Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sherry (optional)
- 1 doz. eggs
Directions

1Blend and heat the soup, cheese and sherry.

2Soft scramble 1 dozen eggs; combine with other ingredients.

3Put in an ovenproof casserole.

4Refrigerate overnight.

5To reheat, put in 300° oven for 1 hour.
