- 1 to 2 lb. flank steak
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 (1.25 oz.) envelope onion soup mix
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Place flank steak in a shallow dish.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over steak.

3Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours, turning steak often.

4Drain steak, reserving marinade. Grill steak over hot coals 10 to 12 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness, basting occasionally, with reserved marinade.

5Makes 4 to 6 servings.
