- 2 tsp. butter
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. raw rice
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in butter until soft.

2Add ground beef and stir until brown.

3Add rice, tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper.

4Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

5Serves 4 to 6.
