- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can whole tomatoes
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. raw regular rice
Directions

1Brown beef in skillet.

2Add onions and green pepper.

4Drain fat and add tomatoes and seasoning.

5Bring to boil.

6Stir in rice, cover and simmer 30 to 35 minutes.
