- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 4 to 5 slices Velveeta cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Cook ground chuck with onions, green peppers and seasonings in skillet until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently; drain.

3Add rice and tomatoes.

4Place in baking dish.

5Bake for 15 minutes.

6Lay cheese over casserole. Bake until cheese melts.
