Ingredients

  • 2 large green peppers, cut fine
  • 2 large onions, cut fine
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 c. uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 qt. tomato juice

Directions

    Fry green peppers and onions in a small amount of oil until peppers start to change color.

    Crumble hamburger over peppers and cook until done.

    Drain.

    Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 400° for 1 hour.
