- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. canned tomatoes
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions

1Dice and cook onions in oil.

2Add bell pepper.

3Cook until tender.

4Add ground beef; cook until beef is completely separated. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, chili powder, salt and pepper. Pour in covered casserole dish.

5Cover and bake 1 hour at 350°. Remove cover the last 15 minutes.
