  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 1 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 can refried beans
  • jalapeno peppers
  • 1 jar salsa (preferably Pace's picante, mild or hot)

Directions

    Spread a layer of chips on cookie tin or large oblong casserole.

    Heat can of refried beans mixed with 1/3 can of water.

    Spread on chips.

    Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese. Place sliced jalapenos over cheese (if you like things hot).

    Put in 350° oven until cheese melts and is bubbly.

    Serve with salsa for dipping.
