  • 1 lb. butter or margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 oz. bottle lemon extract
  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. white raisins
  • 4 c. whole pecans

Directions

    Cream butter and sugar.

    Add beaten eggs and lemon extract. Add flour to raisins and nuts.

    Add to mixture.

    Bake 2 hours at 275° in a tube pan or a 10 x 14-inch loaf pan.
