- 2 c. sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 oz. bottle lemon extract
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 c. white raisins
- 4 c. whole pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add beaten eggs and lemon extract. Add flour to raisins and nuts.

3Add to mixture.

4Bake 2 hours at 275° in a tube pan or a 10 x 14-inch loaf pan.
