  • 2 c. sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 c. white raisins
  • 4 c. pecan halves
  • 4 c. flour

Directions

    Cream the butter, sugar, beaten eggs and lemon.

    Add dry mixture with raisins and pecans.

    Bake 2 1/2 hours in 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured) at 275°.
