- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. whipping cream
- 1 1/2 bananas, sliced
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen blueberries
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar in bowl; mix until smooth.

2Beat cream in small mixer bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold into cream cheese mixture gently.

3Place banana slices over bottom and around side of pie shell.

4Spoon cream cheese mixture over bananas.

5Chill in refrigerator until firm.

6Combine blueberries, remaining 1/3 cup sugar and cornstarch in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly.

7Be careful not to break the berries.

8Cool.

9Spoon over cream cheese mixture.

10Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight. Yield:
