  • 1 c. plus 6 Tbsp. sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 (8-inch) pie shell, baked

Directions

    Mix flour and 1 cup sugar; add lightly beaten egg yolks, butter, milk and pecans.

    Cook over low heat 5 minutes or until thick.

    Pour into crust.
