  • 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. oleo
  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Arrange pecans in bottom of pie shell.

    (If using frozen shells, use both.)

    Combine eggs, oleo, syrup and vanilla until well blended.

    Combine sugar and flour; add to egg mixture.

    Pour over pecans in shell(s).

    Let stand until pecans rise to the top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
