- 2 lb. bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Mix all ingredients but last two.

2Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

3Top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
