  • 2 lb. bag frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 c. butter

Directions

    Mix all ingredients but last two.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Top with crushed corn flakes and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 350° for 45 minutes.
