- 1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. sour cream
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- dash of salt
- 2 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Mix together in large bowl the frozen hash browns, with all ingredients except corn flake crumbs which go on top.

2Bake in large Pyrex casserole dish at 350° for 1 hour.
